About AAA
The purpose of ‘All About Agile’ is to share ideas, information, advice and opinions on all aspects of agile development and agile project management using agile software development methods such as Scrum, Extreme Programming and Lean development.
My aim is to make this site the number 1 destination for information about anything to do with agile, regardless of particular methodology. If you can’t find the answer in one of my blog posts, you’re sure to get help from the agile community that resides here by posting your question in the forums. There’s bound to be someone here who has experienced the same problem as you and can offer you some ideas or a solution.

So what’s with the acorn?! Yes, it does seem a bit random I suppose. The concept behind it is the saying “From small acorns, mighty oaks grow”. I think this saying fits well with the educational nature of my blog, and I think it’s also a good metaphor for agile development, where we think big, but start small!
