Here you can find out more about advertising on All About Agile, one of the most visited agile sites on the web! First of all, All About Agile is 100% focused on agile software development and agile project management methods, so all my readers are potential customers for your agile products or services. The site is currently attracting about 50,000 page views a month, so it’s proving very popular with the agile community!
There are various advertising options that might suit you, all of which are explained below the following screenshot along with their current availability:
Main Sponsorship (available now) – the main sponsorship includes two ad positions - the 728 x 90 leaderboard at the very top of every page, and the 300 x 250 rectangle (MPU) on the top righthand side of every page. Being my main sponsor means that your image will be displayed in both of these positions on every single page view. This is the way to get maximum exposure and clickthroughs from advertising here.
Second MPU (booked until end of December 2011) – the second MPU is also a 300 x 250 rectangle and is in a prominent position on every single page.
Middle Banner (booked until end of September 2011) – this is a banner position immediately after each post. This ad position is not displayed on the home or category pages, but is in a very prominent position on post pages as it’s what the user sees as they reach the end of the text.
Ad Squares (available) – these are 150 x 150 squares that are displayed 2 side by side in the right-hand column of the site. Please note I cannot accept animated ads in these positions. They are below the Second MPU but tend to be visible as a reader reaches the end of a particular blog post. Unlike the Middle Banner, they are displayed on every single page view.
Sponsored Blog Post – finally, this is an option I will do only rarely, as it’s important for me to keep the very large majority of my content independent and not promotional. However I will do this on rare occasions and usually only for people who are already advertising on the site.
