My Agile Journey: If Only I Knew Then What I Know Now

Hi everyone,

I’ll have a bit more time from December as I’m due to finish my current gig, so I’ve decided to do a talk at Skills Matter in London on 10th December.  It’s free and starts at 6:30pm in the evening.  The idea behind the talk is to tell my story – about how I discovered agile, the transformations I have led, and lots of lessons I have learnt along the way.  The talk is not about agile practices as such, it’s about how to create an environment where agile can flourish, so will be particularly relevant to managers and leaders.

If you’re interested in coming along, please head over to this link at Skills Matter to register:

I’m not too sure how many places are available but it would be nice to see a good crowd!  Hopefully I might see you there.

What People Say

“Kelly is an Agile heavy-weight. He came in to assess my multi-million $ Agile development program which wasn’t delivering the right throughput. He interviewed most of the team and made some key recommendations that, when implemented, showed immediate results. I couldn’t ask for more than that except he’s a really nice guy as well.”
