A picture is always better than words. Whether you discuss and explain that picture in words or verbally, nothing can ever beat a picture.

Whether you whiteboard or diagram in Visio, Omnigraffle, or Indesign, it doesn’t matter. Pictures always communicate better because everyone can see whether or not all the words they’re all using actually measure up to be the same thing in everyone’s heads.
