I’m working on my team’s training budget right now and unfortunatley the budget isn’t there to pay a lot of money. But a nominal charge would seem reasonable. However if you’re going to charge me I’d like it to be recorded so that I could refernce the content/discussion later as well.

This way everyone will be sure that the material is of high quality. Spread the word then put a price on it, that’s my suggestion.

I would suggest a staircase charge e.g. first 25 registrations pay negligible amount, next 25 registrations get 80% discount, next 25 registrations get 60% discount and so on. Otherwise, everyone postpones registration to the last moment and we are not sure even 2 days before as to what will be the attendance.
